Individual Counseling

Congratulations on embarking on the incredible journey of parenthood!

Parenthood is a journey filled with unexpected twists and turns. Sometimes, it uncovers layers of trauma we didn't even know existed. Other times, it presents challenges we never anticipated. Whatever your experience, know that you're not alone. As a therapist specializing in supporting parents through this transition, I'm here to offer a warm and understanding space where you can explore your unique needs and concerns. Parenthood is a rollercoaster ride filled with highs and lows, and it's completely normal to feel a mix of emotions along the way.

Whether you're navigating past traumas that have resurfaced or seeking guidance in uncharted parenting territory, I'm dedicated to helping you find your voice and build confidence in your parenting abilities. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, empowering you to become the parent you've always wanted to be.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to inclusivity and respect for every family's individuality. I specialize in providing therapy for single parents, divorced parents, queer parents, polyamorous parents, and multiracial families. No matter your background or family structure, you are welcome here.

You deserve support. Let's work together to navigate this adventure and create a nurturing environment where you and your family can thrive.

Together, we'll navigate this journey with compassion and empathy, empowering you to find your confidence and voice as a parent, explore your values, find your parenting style, and step into this next version of you!

  • If you or someone you know is in immediate, life-threatening danger and decide to call 911, please be aware that police are not equipped to offer mental health support and may even pose danger to People of Color, Neurodivergent people and Disabled people. Please ALSO reach out to community leaders, neighbors, friends, and family to be present if you are calling the police.
