Therapy for Visionaries, Activists, and Creatives

Big Dreams Often Comes with a Hidden Cost

If you are an author, activist, healer, politician, creative, therapist, or anyone in the public eye, you already know the unique and overwhelming pressures that come with pushing boundaries and trying to change the world. The expectations are constant, the pressure relentless, and the stakes feel impossibly high. It’s easy to feel isolated, like no one understands the weight of what you carry.

I get it. Navigating spaces where failure isn’t just personal, but feels like a systemic risk, can feel suffocating. I create a space where you don’t have to shrink to fit the mold or pretend to have it all together. This is a place where we’ll untangle the complexities of your life’s work, the layers of burnout, imposter syndrome, creative paralysis, and the emotional toll of holding space for others in a world that constantly demands more.

My work goes beyond traditional therapy. I hold space for your deepest vulnerabilities with compassion, without judgment, and with a radical commitment to your liberation.

Together, we’ll address the toll of public scrutiny, the pressure to constantly perform, and the soul-deep longing for something beyond the next goal. Whether we’re diving into the emotional cost of your success or rediscovering your purpose outside of your public roles, I’m here to help you reclaim what’s yours—your clarity, your power, and your truth.

In this space, you are not alone. Success may have set you apart, but here, you’re seen, supported, and guided. This is a place where you reconnect with yourself, where your purpose is realigned with your true desires, and where the weight you carry transforms into the fuel for your next chapter.

  •  If you are in crisis, please do not use this site. Call or text Blackline (prioritizing BIPOC) 800-604-5841, Trans Lifeline 877-565-8860 or click here to see more crisis services and information about police intervention.
  • Please note that some crisis line workers are mandated to report calls regarding suicide to the police. If this is a concern, we encourage you to first ask about their reporting policies before sharing.
  • If you or someone you know is in immediate, life-threatening danger and decide to call 911, please be aware that police are not equipped to offer mental health support and may even pose danger to People of Color, Neurodivergent people and Disabled people. Please ALSO reach out to community leaders, neighbors, friends, and family to be present if you are calling the police.

I reside and practice on stolen land that belongs to the Piscataway and Manahoac peoples. Learn more about this land and to learn about the land you live on. Please consider how you can support the first stewards of this land.
